Fancyagreement Heating & Air is a referral service. We connect homeowners in East Bethel and the East Bethel area with independent heating and cooling providers. That is the whole job, and we like to say it clearly.
We are not a repair company. We do not send anyone to your door. The providers in our network run their own businesses and do the work.
Heating and cooling trouble feels stressful. Most people do not know what to say on the first phone call. They end up guessing, and guesses lead to confusing estimates.
So we built Fancyagreement Heating & Air around one idea: get paperwork-ready before you ask for help. A homeowner with photos, notes and records gets a clearer conversation. That means fewer surprises later.
When you send a request, we look at what you need and where you live. Then we point you to a local provider in our network who handles that kind of work. Availability varies, so request a callback to check provider availability.
You are never pushed to hire anyone. You can compare, ask questions and say no.
We ask providers in our network to be honest and clear. That means:
Providers are responsible for their own licenses, insurance and work. Always ask about these directly.
We do not repair, replace or install anything. We do not set prices, and we cannot promise what a provider will charge. We also do not decide insurance claims. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your own policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
Good records protect your wallet and your house. Photos of the unit, the model label and any visible damage help a provider quote accurately. Notes about sounds, smells and timing help too. Old invoices show what has already been done.
Done right, the work also protects your home's value. A well-documented system is easier to explain when it is time to sell.
Homeowners do not pay Fancyagreement Heating & Air for a referral. Providers in our network may pay a fee for the homeowner contacts we send them. That is how the service keeps running. It does not change what you pay a provider for the work, and any quote you get should be in writing.
Start with a few photos and a short note. Then reach out and ask for an estimate. You stay in control the whole way.
If you would rather talk first, request a callback and ask what to gather.
